  Due to an unfortunate accident, my mum was kept in overnight here. I was even allowed to stay with her and given my own room. Everyone here was so attentive and caring towards us both and explained ,in detail, every procedure of her treatment. … More All the doctors and nurses were fabulous MARIA, the English guest relations representative was amazing! She helped us with our insurance claim, explaining each step and even phoning on our behalf. She was so cheerful and welcoming and this really helped to make a worrying time easier to handle.   Unfortunately my husband was taken into hospital on our holiday for treatment. On arrival we were introduced to Maria, she instantly put us at ease and helped us with all of the forms that we needed to fill in and answered any questions … More we had. She looked in on us constantly to make sure we had everything we needed, and even came to see us at the end of her shift to make sure we were ok before she left the building. Her help, humour and kindness was most appreciated.
